Our scope of work:
Introducing
Times Square, an enticing new development featuring 595 properties, offering a
diverse selection of stylish one, two, and three-bedroom homes, as well as
studio apartments, nestled within the vibrant and sought-after community of
Welwyn Garden City. This project spanned just over three years and was executed
in multiple phases for one of our esteemed clients, serving as a testament to
the enduring commitment and collaboration between our team and the site
management. We coordinated our workforce's mobilization approximately 20 times
to align with the evolving stages of construction led by the main contractor.
Our focus was on ensuring the timely weatherproofing of each phase, enabling
the internal trades to seamlessly execute their tasks in accordance with
project deadlines.
