Our scope of works:

  • Extruded Alu Fins on 2 car park structures

    400 & 450 Longwater Avenue is a striking new office development forming part of the Green Park master plan in Reading. The 314,100 sq. ft. office building is a harmonious addition to its wider surroundings, successfully integrating into its spectacular landscaped setting, whilst offering views across the lake and surrounding countryside. This installation went smoothly following the planned installation rate and schedule for the two car park structures providing 722 spaces and cycle storage.
