Our scope of work:

• Removing the old timber window glazing
• Installing new
• Fixed light and Sash Alu Windows
• Double and single-entrance doors
• Balcony combi-window frames

Our role involved removing the existing old timber frames and ensuring a precise installation of new aluminium glazing on 2 Blocks, with minimal damage to the existing internal reveals. We ensured that all remedial work meets the university's standards for energy efficiency, durability, and aesthetics. Attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations were essential over the fixed-time 30-day installation schedule.
