Our scope of work:
 

• Removing the old timber window glazing
• Installing new Fixed light and Sash Alu Windows
• Double and single-entrance doors
• Balcony combi-window frames

We were appointed last year to undertake the replacement of existing old timber frames on a set of 4 student accomodation blocks and ensuring a precise installation of new aluminium glazing, with minimal damage to the existing internal reveals. We are back in 2025 to undertake similar works on another set of blocks and ensure that all remedial work meets the university's standards for energy efficiency, durability, and aesthetics. Attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations are as essential as ever over the fixed 30-day installation schedule.
