Our scope of work:

• Schuco window and doors
• Schuco Curtain Walling
• Vertical and Soffit PPC cladding panels on balconies
• Fascia panels and copings
• Lift overrun Louvre screen

Sovereign Court is an exclusive residential development in West London comprising five separate apartment blocks. Constructed in two separate phases, the project involved extensive demolition, piling and basement excavation works.

Completing this project required a high level of craftsmanship from our fitters and a continuous effort from the site management team to overcome the lack of drawings as the previous facade contractor went into administration and their cloud server wasn't accessible any longer. The design went as the installation progressed while checking stocks, tracking and placing orders for 4 different types of rainscreen systems. The project required around 60 fitters, 3 site managers, 1 PM, 1 site-based designer, 1 admin, a logistic team and 7 supervisors at its pick point to be brought back on track and within the programme.

Overall, the successful completion of the Sovereign Court project showcases the dedication and expertise of the entire project team in delivering a high-quality residential development despite the challenges encountered along the way.
