Contractor J. Murphy & Sons Limited (Murphy) is delivering an accessibility upgrade at Warwick railway station on behalf of Network Rail. The project, part of the government's Access for All scheme, includes the installation of new lifts to provide step-free access to platforms 1 and 2.

Key features of the upgrade

• New lifts: The project will install two new lifts to serve platforms 1 and 2, ensuring step-free access for passengers.
• Accessible subway:The station subway has been reconstructed to extend and accommodate the new lift shafts.
• New staircase: An access staircase has been constructed from the subway level to Platform 1.
