Our scope of work:
Construction of a 409-unit purpose-built
student accommodation development spanning 11 storeys in an L shaped layout,
to include amenity spaces on the Ground Floor. The building will feature a gym,
private dining room, study and breakout spaces as well as a sky lounge on the
roof, offering spectacular panoramic views over the city.
