Our scope of work:
Grafton Quarter in Croydon is an ambitious £25M project aimed at transforming a declining two-acre industrial site into an outstanding mixed-use scheme. The resulting development features an innovative creative hub with circa 20,000 sq ft of artist studios and 97 residential units and is an impressive addition to this upcoming area. A good example of a medium-sized project with a little bit of everything a modern project might need. Next to the installation, we helped with managing the project and making the adequate material call-offs in line with site requirements to ensure a continuous install flow to meet the desired project completion deadline. A pre-planned schedule of material deliveries could just not work here as areas were released to us randomly and the site storage area was limited and relocated frequently. The real-time site system reporting, implemented on this project, kept the senior management updated at all times with the site work progress and the site stocks of the various types of materials and made a positive contribution to the overall budget of this project.
